The Embodied Breath Academy exists because we saw what happens when powerful breathwork is taught without enough care, context, or nervous system literacy. We don’t believe in fast certifications, overwhelming catharsis, or training practitioners who haven’t walked their own inner terrain. Our approach is slow, relational, trauma informed, and deeply embodied.
We prioritise safety over spectacle, integration over intensity, and presence over performance. Here, breathwork is not something you do to people, it’s something you learn to be with.
