Embodied Breath Apprentice

The EBA 100hr Apprenticeship Program

WHAT IS
Embodied Breath Apprentice?

You’ve done the Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training and feel called to go further—immersing yourself in the practice, refining your facilitation skills, experiencing the training from both the student and experienced space holder, and receiving dedicated mentorship.

As an apprentice through a face to face Embodied Breathwork Training, you will walk alongside your experienced teachers, gaining firsthand experience in supporting training sessions, guiding participants, and integrating the profound wisdom of breathwork into your own practice. You will be invited to revisit key themes, refine your touch techniques, and deepen your understanding of this work while receiving direct one-on-one support for your personal and professional growth.

This is an opportunity to step into greater embodiment, leadership, and service—not just as a practitioner, but as a thriving facilitator in this field. Through hands-on practice, mentorship, and access to exclusive EBA resources, you will receive the full transmission of this training while actively supporting its delivery.

This apprenticeship is more than just a learning experience—it is an invitation to fully integrate breathwork into your being, to refine your craft, and to walk this path with depth, devotion, and excellence.

This is also counted as a pathway towards being accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance where it is requested that you receive 400hrs Breathwork Training to be accredited by them.

What Does the Apprenticeship Involve?

As an apprentice, you will be immersed in both the structure and the subtleties of facilitation, receiving direct mentorship while actively supporting the training. Your role is one of presence, service, and deep integration, ensuring both your own growth and the smooth flow of the training space.

This includes:

Ongoing Mentorship – 3x2hr Group Sessions for continued support and insight throughout the course to refine your practice.

Full Participation – Attending all sessions as an active apprentice, deepening your understanding of the material.

Hands-On Assisting – Supporting the facilitation of breathwork sessions and holding space for participants.

Practical Contribution – Completing assigned tasks that contribute to the flow of the training.

Space Holding – Arriving first to prepare the room at the start of the day and ensuring it is packed away at night.

Online Integration – Attending all live online course calls to stay engaged with the full spectrum of learning.

Liaising Between Students and Teachers – You may be invited to act as a bridge between students and teachers, relaying information, solving problems, and providing extra support where needed.

This apprenticeship is an invitation to embody leadership, refine your skills, and step into greater confidence as a practitioner while actively supporting the transformative process of others.
