Guide and facilitate Rebirthing Breathwork technique in a safe and loving way, learning to hold space for the broad spectrum of possibility.
Awaken the energy within to realise yourself as your own healer, and guide others into the same realisation.
Listen to the guide of your intuition that comes through you, for you.
Acknowledge the parts of you that you avoid and the feelings associated with those parts & techniques to assist in their integration.
Remember your divinity and guide others into remembering theirs.
Become liberated from fear by mindfully addressing core wounds, challenges and traumas that contributed to the fear. Use this experience as foundation for mindfully guiding others through theirs IF and WHEN THEY are ready.
Understand the business of breathwork.
Become a deeply proficient breathwork practitioner, providing safety and security for your clients and yourself.

Is Rebirthing Breathwork Safe?
Yes. Generally speaking, Rebirthing Breathwork is completely safe, as it is just your breath. When you learn to facilitate, you learn what precautions you need to take, and who should not be breathing (it is not advised that people with schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, third trimester pregnancy should participate in a session).

Do I need to complete 10 Breathwork Sessions to become a facilitator? Why?
YES. Because the healing journey begins with you. When you complete the 10 Rebirthing Breathwork sessions, you learn how to hold your own space and you learn to become your own healer. Your 10 Rebirthing sessions become the foundation for you to guide others.

Do the Rebirthing Breathwork Sessions need to be completed with Karina?
No, however it is important that the 10 Breathwork sessions are in the technique of Rebirthing Breathwork and with a facilitator who has completed Leonards training or equivalent.

Is it possible to pay with a payment plan?
It sure is! Please indicate that in your application form under “is there anything else you feel to share?” section, or send Karina an email.

Will I be certified by this training?
Yes. Once all components are completed, you will receive a certificate of facilitation.

Is there ongoing support after the training?
There is an option for you to continue with support from Karina, as she offers monthly mentorship which can assist you in building your business. This is not a required part of certification.
